Reiki
Reiki is the name of an ancient form of healing rediscovered in Japan by Dr Mikao Usui in the 1900's. Reiki translated means "Universal Life Energy" The Reiki practitioner acts as a channel for the "Universal Life Energy" which is present in all living things.
Reiki is a very gentle form of healing which is done with the client fully clothed and usually covered with a blanket and the therapist places their hands either on or above the body of the client in a series of positions which are non invasive.
Reiki is usually experienced as heat, coolness, tingling but always relaxing and enjoyable and is fantastic for stress and the related conditions which are caused by stress. Reiki can be helpful for all conditions and can work quite quickly in acute cases and were conditions have become chronic it may take more time. The effects of Reiki are accumulative. A course of Reiki treatment is usually recommended to get the most benefit. Although the client will be more aware of their own progress and can define the amount of treatment they require. A Reiki session usually lasts around an hour and the cost is £25.00
REIKI TRAINING COURSES
Reiki is a very simple and is easily learned by anyone and suitable for anyone, the only pre condition is the desire to learn Reiki. My students have varied from teenagers to pensioners and every age in-between.
REIKI 1ST DEGREE
Receive the four attunements, The history of Reiki, and instruction on hand positions, ethics and uses of Reiki at level 1. Certificate and Manual provided Training for Reiki 1 Can be done in a day because of the size of class being limited to either one on one individual training or very small classes. weekends or weekdays by arrangement. Refreshments and lunch included. Cost £80.00
REIKI 2ND DEGREE
Receive further attunements, the first three symbols used in the system, which allow you to work with the mental/emotional levels, increase the power of the Reiki and enables absent distant healing.
Instruction on the many uses of the symbols, the ethics of Reiki 2. Reiki 2 Manual and Certificate which allows the student (who from that point is a practitioner) to obtain insurance for using Reiki as a professional therapist. Duration of course over 2 days when there are up to four students but can be done in 1 day if done as individual one to one training. Refreshments and lunch included. Cost £160
With each level of Reiki the energy increases as the student opens up further and attunes to that level. Reiki is a wonderful experience WARNING REIKI WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE !!! for the better
